Toronto is expected to have more construction in 2024. From housing development plans to road construction, and hundreds of other projects are underway across the city. In addition, several large development projects will attract public attention in 2024. After years of waiting, the construction of the Well project located on Front Street and Spadina Street will end this year and people can buy these units. This 5.6 million square feet project covers an area of eight hectares and consists of six residential condo buildings, 1.4 million square feet of office space and 4800,000 square feet of residential space.

The Jonathon Sherman Hockey Project is the largest project in the next decade, with 99 residential towers housing more than 85,000 people. According to CBC News Canada, one of the managers of this project, the project started ten years ago and emphasizes three priorities: providing affordable housing, creating sustainable jobs in the community and social support.
